Managing out the Risk
To ensure the success of our projects we target, pre-empt and manage out all risks that could affect the desired outcome. With many of our activities being carried out on buildings still in occupation we work to cause the minimum impact and disruption to occupants as well as paying close attention to Health and Safety issues. Careful monitoring of project costs against budgets, regular reviews and QA appraisals all ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
In-depth Experience
Kama BSD Ltd has extensive experience of all aspects of M&E services gained from working with leading companies, local authorities and public bodies in the UK.
We have highly experienced accredited SAP assessors, On Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (OCDEA). A SAP assessment is required to prove compliance with current Building Regulations Part L1A and1B ADL.

All projects, regardless of size or value, are personally supervised to ensure successful progress and completion. Each project is run on a day-to-day basis.
Initial concepts developed by our project engineers are reviewed throughout the design process. The original ideas are refined and improved and new developments and technologies incorporated, where they can be proven to contribute to the success of the project.
We continually review new ideas, products and technologies and test them for effectiveness prior to incorporation.
Projects employ full CAD-supported design in 2D or 3D. Electrical and Mechanical calculations are carried out using Amtech, Relux and Dialux. All our software is industry standard.  |  |
